Karma Score awards points for selected positive activities, participation, referrals and support for beneficial programmes. It is displayed through nine levels of luminous aura. It cannot simply be bought: points are earned for specific activities under platform rules, which may include purchasing products that support humanitarian programmes. Selected higher levels involve verification of participants and their activities. The score is not an automatic guarantee of product or service quality or business reliability.

Participants can introduce businesses, organisations, individuals or customers. Referrals meeting the stated conditions earn Karma points recorded in the user account. Valuable connections help grow a community of responsible entrepreneurs and positive projects.

Karma Ads offers businesses, organisations and individuals featured profiles, improved map presentation, sponsored search results, banners and promotion on partner websites. 50% of the net profit from Karma Ads advertising activities is allocated to humanitarian projects, primarily BALSAM FOR LIFE and access to clean water.

Website owners, information portals and other online media can display advertisements by inserting a prepared code snippet. They extend the partner advertising network's reach and participate in a system that also funds humanitarian activities.

BALSAM FOR LIFE supports access to clean water for people and communities in need. Businesses, organisations and individuals can participate by purchasing bottled BALSAM spring water. Each pack contributes to humanitarian activities according to programme rules; participants receive the corresponding Karma points and a certificate documenting participation.

A standard pack contains 12 bottles of 0.5 litres, totalling 6 litres. It costs €6.99 excluding VAT. AQUA FOR WORLD a.s. invoices and supplies orders. Payments are made in euros by SEPA bank transfer or Wise. After payment is received, the order is confirmed and the customer receives a Karma certificate.

The platform supports Czech, English, Polish, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Slovak. Even a local business, nonprofit organisation or independent entrepreneur can present their activities in other countries.

AI-assisted automatic translation of profile descriptions costs €2 per target language, payable by card. Translations can be reviewed and approved before publication. Participants can track translation status and retry failed processing.
