Direct Developments (also called “For Direct Developments” on the website) is the real estate and property development arm of the Direct Club ecosystem. It focuses on quality residential and commercial projects, carefully selected locations, sustainability and long-term value. The main hub is directclub.digital/direct-developments.

The program is just getting started: the first showcase properties are being prepared, so the published vision is not a list of completed developments. The status, ownership, permits, availability and price of each listing must be verified individually. The “Register Interest” button leads to the standard Direct Club registration form – registering does not reserve a property or place an order for a service.

Project Ecuador: how it helps

A personalized support service for planning your life, property needs, residency or business in Ecuador – not a single development or a fixed-price package:

Choosing a place to live based on your lifestyle and needs; check the safety of the location against current conditions.
Finding houses, apartments, land and development opportunities; the legal status of each listing is assessed separately.
Connections to local lawyers for business visas and residency; the authorities decide the outcome.
Arranging staff and local support for property management under terms agreed in advance.
Personal guidance, practical advice and exploration of business opportunities – with no promise of contracts or profits.

The project draws on personal experience of living in Ecuador for several years and going through the residency process; this does not constitute independently verified certification.

Prepare your plan and send an inquiry

Before sending your first message, clarify your goal (relocation, an exploratory stay, buying, renting, property management or business), timeline, budget, location requirements and support needs. Then:

At the bottom, click “Contact us to discuss your plan for Ecuador”.
Enter your full name, email address and message – all fields are required.
Solve the verification calculation and click “Send Message”.
If you do not receive a reply, check your spam folder or email direct.club.js@gmail.com.

Do not send your passport, bank statements or other sensitive attachments in your first message. Ask for a proposed first step, the scope of services, the price and details of who will provide the services.

Prices, payments, bonuses and responsibility

What you should know in advance:

The project has no fixed price list or guaranteed residency processing time – request a written quote.
Payments for properties or services are not made online; an inquiry is not an order, and registration is not a purchase agreement.
No bonus scheme or commission structure for real estate transactions has been published for Project Ecuador.
Have qualified professionals verify property ownership and legal status, visa requirements, service providers, taxes and risks.
“Price on request” means the price is available upon inquiry, not that the offer is free.

Personal experience and support through the project are no substitute for independent legal and tax advice. Owning property does not, in itself, entitle you to residency.

Checklist before working together

I have a clear goal, timeline and budget. I know the scope of the service, the price, additional costs and cancellation terms, as well as who my contracting party is. I have verified the residency requirements, the location and the property's legal status, understand the payment arrangements and am not relying on unverified returns, bonuses or guaranteed decisions by the authorities. The program does not promise income.
